The Uttaranchal Congress has constituted a three-member fact-finding committee to probe the charges against former state Revenue minister Harak Singh Rawat who is allegedly involved in the ‘‘unwed mother’’ issue.Chief of the Uttaranchal Congress’s human rights cell, Satpal Maharaj, announced today that the three-member committee would probe the allegations. The committee would be headed by a retired high court judge and will have as its other members a retired IPS officer and a renowned woman social worker. The committee would submit its report to Justice Ranganath Mishra (Retd) of the AICC human rights cell.
