Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav on Thursday said his government would soon decide on moving the Supreme Court against the Allahabad High Court recently restoring the dissolved districts in the state.‘‘The government will take suitable action regarding moving the Supreme Court against that order or issue a fresh notification,’’ Yadav said. He said the government had honoured the HC judgment. ‘‘That was why I had not done anything in haste to issue a fresh notification on the subject’’. He said there was two weeks’ time to implement the orders. On government formation at the Centre, he said: ‘‘We’ve extended our support from outside for the formation of a non-BJP secular government. It is up to the Congress to chart its way to maintain relations with the SP. It is certain that without our support, the new government may not be stable.
