CHANDIGARH, Feb 18: UT Civil Judge (Junior Division) cum Judicial Magistrate (Ist Class) K.C. Garg has been placed under suspension with immediate effect by the Punjab and Haryana High Court here.

The decision regarding Garg’s suspension, during the pendency of an enquiry against him, was taken at a high- level meeting at the Punjab and Haryana High Court last evening, according to sources. Garg was the illaqua magistrate for the Sector 19 police station.
