August 10: A delegation of BJP, Mumbai unit met former prime minister Atal Behari Vajpayee in Mumbai on Aug Aug 9, 1997 and urged him to follow up with the Central Government so that sanction to the second phase of the Mumbai Urban Transport Project (MUTP -II) is granted before Aug 31, 1997, a press-note said.
