He has termed the AGM as `illegal' since he was not consulted by the secretary before calling the meeting as per the association constitution.Milkha Singh has advised the affiliated units not to attend the illegal meeting convened on April 26. The AAAC president will finalise the new date after consultation with the office-bearers.
