Chill is creeping back into Sino-Indian diplomacy, and it looks like India’s turn to turn the knife in. It has not only opened the doors to high-level political contact with Taiwan by deciding to host the Kuomintang Chairman next month, it’s now learnt that the South Block official in-charge of China was in Dharamsala over the weekend for talks with the Dalai Lama.
