3,100 selected for medical tests for Army recruitment

A total of 3,100 candidates were selected for the medical test,as the army recruitment drive came to an end here today.

A total of 3,100 candidates were selected for the medical test,as the army recruitment drive came to an end here today.

The medical test of all the selected candidates will be held in Nagpur on January 19.

The army recruitment drive for the posts of soldier (G.D.),soldier (technical),soldier (nursing assistant) and soldier (clerk/store keeper) was organised here from January 5.

Candidates from all the districts of Vidarbha and Marathwada participated in the drive. Those who were selected included 2,400 candidates from Vidarbha and 700 from Marathwada.

Those who will clear the medical test would have to appear for the Common Entrance Test and on passing it,they will be recruited in the Army.
