Glenmark gets FDA nod for oral contraceptive
New Delhi: Glenmark Pharmaceuticals on Monday said its US subsidiary Glenmark Generics has received the US Food and Drugs Administration approval to market its generic oral contraceptives orgestimate and Ethinyl Estradiol tablets in the American market. The product by Glenmark is a generic version of Ortho Tri-Cyclen tablets by Ortho McNeil Janssen Pharmaceuticals.
Gitanjali Gems acquires Giantti Italia SRL
New Delhi: Gitanjali Gems on Monday said it has acquired 10 per cent stake in Giantti Italia SRL from Ambio SRL for an undisclosed amount,thus making the Italian jewellery company fully-owned subsidiary.
STFC to raise Rs 1,000 crore from sale of NCDs
MUMBAi: The countrys largest commercial vehicle financing firm,Shriram Transport Finance Company on Monday said it plans to raise up to Rs 1,000 crore through a sale of non-convertible debentures of face value Rs 1,000 each. The issue will open from June 27 to July 9.
Subrata Roy quits Sahara Housingfina board
