LONDON: Prince William and his wife Kate missed a catastrophic crash while landing at Heathrow as their plane avoided collision with another aircraft that had not cleared the runway,a media report said Sunday. The British Airways jet from Copenhagen was about to touch down when the captain was forced to make a steep climb,People’s online reported. The incident happened on November 2.

KABUL: Gunmen burst into a family home of a provincial judge in eastern Afghanistan,killing him and his eight-year-old niece,authorities said Sunday. Mohammad Nasir,the head of the appeals court for Kunar province,was visiting family in neighbouring Nangarhar province Saturday when gunmen stormed into his sister-in-law’s house and opened fire,officials said.

London: A British woman,who had a sex change surgery,has become the country’s first and world’s third “male mother”. The man,who in his 30s,gave birth last year after having hormone treatment to reactivate his womb but the story was confirmed recently,the Mail Online reported Sunday. The man did not have his womb removed during the original sex change operation.
