Total income rose by 14.66 per cent to Rs 19.7 crore as against Rs 17.18 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Profit after tax for the year rose by 37.8 per cent to Rs 27.37 crore as against Rs 19.86 crore in the year-ago period,it said.

Its total income also jumped by 27.52 per cent to Rs 78.62 crore for the year ended March 31,2011 against Rs 61.65 crore in the same period of last fiscal.

Shares of the company closed at Rs 332.15,up 2.15 per cent from the previous close on the BSE.
