CBI plea to put Radia CD on record opposed

Shahid Usman Balwa,promoter of Swan Telecom and an accused in the 2G spectrum scam Thursday opposed in a Delhi court the CBI’s plea for placing on record a CD of former corporate lobbyist Niira Radia’s taped conversations purportedly pertaining to radio waves allocation.

Shahid Usman Balwa,promoter of Swan Telecom and an accused in the 2G spectrum scam Thursday opposed in a Delhi court the CBI’s plea for placing on record a CD of former corporate lobbyist Niira Radia’s taped conversations purportedly pertaining to radio waves allocation. He said the plea has been filed after a long delay and is “mischievous”.
