Technology company Epson today launched two new projectors for home users,along with devices for other segments like education and enterprises.
“The home segment is growing at 50 per cent year-on-year. Though the contribution of the segment is miniscule,we expect it to grow significantly in the coming years along with SMBs,” Epson India Senior General Manager Samba Moorthy told reporters here.
The home segment contributed about two per cent to the 2.1 lakh projector units sold in FY’11,he added.
The projectors EH-TW6000 and MG-850HD are priced at Rs 1.1 lakh and Rs 49,900.
