Bhansali opened up to youngsters through X-Factor,even giving them advice on how to hone their talent.

He’s known to be a filmmaker who is rather shy and reserved,but Sanjay Leela Bhansali has opened up as a person.

And it’s all thanks to the television programme X-Factor on which he is presently the judge and which requires him to hang out with a lot of youngsters.

People close to him say that this interaction with the young participants on the show has made his social side,which had taken a backseat when he was busy making films. In fact,not only is he very friendly with them,he even gives advice on how to hone their talent and is planning to do workshops with the youngsters.

“They even land up at his office to discuss things and the filmmaker is more than happy,” revealed a production assistant. Now if only more film celebs were to work for the small screen!
