The Calcutta High Court on Tuesday directed the state Home Secretary to file an affidavit by January 13 stating the states stand on the CBI probe into mass killings at Netai village in Lalgarh,as also its opinion regarding the camps of armed political cadres. The Division Bench of Chief Justice Jaynarayan Patel and Justice Ashim Kumar Roy also instructed the state to provide free medical treatment to the injured.
