Tell us about your daily diet.
Breakfast is dalia,papaya and grapes. Lunch is two to three rotis with dal,rice,curd and chicken. Dinner is lamb,chicken or fish with rice. Actually,my daily diet is not divided into three big meals,but six small and frequent meals.
Whats your exercise routine?
I do non-stop heavy weight training at the gym for 45 minutes daily,after which I cycle in the park for 25 minutes.
Whats your favourite cuisine?
Punjabi and Kashmiri.
Is there anything you binge on?
Alu-gobi paranthas.
What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
If I had to lose weight,I would remove fatty food from my diet and have more protein with vitamins. If I had to gain,I would merrily apply ghee on my paranthas.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Several and very often.
Whats your idea of health?
If you devote even 15 minutes daily for a task that would make you sweat,and take care of your digestive system by not over-eating,you would be healthy.
