Tell us about your daily diet
Its rich in proteins and low on carbs. Breakfast is the heaviest meal of the daythree egg whites,a bowl of oatmeal and fruits. Lunch is roti,sabzi,dal and curd. Around 5.30 pm,I have fruits or buttermilk. Dinner is before 8 pm and is light,only salad and soup,egg-white omlette or fish.
Whats your exercise routine?
I do weight training with cardio. Thrice a week,I do kick-boxing and spinning. The other three days are when I hit the gym,I do functional training.
Whats your favourite cuisine?
Chinese,Italian and Thai.
Is there anything you binge on?
McDonalds burger and ice cream.
What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
Putting weight on is very easy for me as I love to eat but losing is difficult. I would go on a diet and do a lot of cardio.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
If I actually stick to a diet,I see to it that I dont eat anything other than what I am supposed to eat at that particular time.

Think positive,exercise and eat right.
