Tell us about your daily diet.
I start my day with a glass of warm water with the juice of half a lemon. Breakfast is egg white with brown bread or a bowl of oat meal. Lunch is usually two rotis,dal,vegetable/chicken with some rice. In the evening,I have green tea with a sandwich. Dinner is salad or soup.
Whats is your exercise routine?
I am completely into yoga. I practice yoga five times a week. I also enjoy dancing which acts like a good cardio workout.
Whats your favorite cuisine?
Thai.
Is there anything you binge on?
Chocolates.
What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in hurry?
To lose,I would cut on carbs,have small meals and work out. And if I had to put on weight,I wouldnt have to try too hardjust a few days on the couch,watching my favorite movies and binging on flavored ice cream would work.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I dont believe in diets or starving,I am a complete foodie.
Whats your idea of health?
A state of mental,emotional,spiritual and physical well-being. Being connected to oneself.
