I drink 32 glasses of water daily

Tell us about your daily diet.
I wake up to a glass of lukewarm water mixed with lemon and a tablespoon of honey. It helps me feel fresh and helps my body flush out toxins. After this,I drink a bottle of water. For breakfast,I have wheat flakes with hot milk and a toast. Lunch is two homemade rotis with two sabzis,salad and lots of curd. Through the day,I drink 32 glasses of water.
In the evening,I have a cup of chai with rusk. After 7.30 pm,I dont have carbs,so dinner is just grilled chicken or veggies.

Whats your exercise routine?
I hit the gym thrice a week. One day,I do biceps and triceps. The other day,I do back and chest. And the third day,I focus on my legs. I do abs and sides every alternate day. Besides,I do cardio for 20 minutes each time I go to the gym.

Whats your favourite cuisine?
Punjabi and Italian. Ive just returned from Italy and I had pizzas,pastas and gelatos at every corner of that country.

Is there anything you binge on?
Salted potato chips.
What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
For putting onweight,Id have my dinner really late as thats a recipe to put on instant kilos. For losing,Ill cut down on carbs.

How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Ive never believed in sticking to any diet. I have superfast metabolism that helps keep me in shape.

Whats your idea of health?
People say that being slim is a sign of good health. But despite my thin frame,I do have health issues. Good health is not just about external appearances,it has to come from within. Its about peace of the mind,body and soul.
