Thirteen persons,who are accused of molesting a girl outside a bar in Guwahati on July 9,which led to an outrage,have been granted bail by a court. The Kamrup Chief Judicial Magistrate on Tuesday granted bail to the 13 accused,sources said on Wednesday.
