This 2-DVD Special Edition has English subtitles and segments on the making of the film and unseen footage as well.

Reliance Big Home Video,Rs 399
This 2-DVD Special Edition has English subtitles and segments on the making of the film and unseen footage as well. The 162 minute Fox-Dharma-Red Chillies co-production is directed by Karan Johar and the reproduction (5.1 and 16.9 Anamorphic Widescreen) matches the high production values.

Bird Idol
Junglee Music,Rs 150
Shaan-Wrisha Dutta’s Oomph soniye is extremely catchy and Sangeet Haldipur and Juhi Chawla sing Dil jaana with a sense of fun. Shaan,Sangeet and Wrisha warble Happy bird-day with a spirited abandon. Bird Idol is good in parts but we wish it had a uniform score and a more desi feel matching the movie.

Veer
Eros,Rs 299
The unique feature of this DVD is the Audio Description (AD) track in Hindi to help the visuallyimpaired enjoy this film. The special features include Song Making on all the brilliant tracks of the film and Making of the (spectacular) Action Sequences besides all the standard technical features.

Amar
Universal,Rs 150
Amar is a well-known Indian artiste abroad and so her debut album features names like Jim Beanz,Apache Indian,Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy,Sonu Niigaam and other Indian and international artistes. However,in terms of listening quality, only the folk-based and familiar Loye loye makes for repeat value. Amar’s voice has a nice tonal texture, but her singing is held-back and fails to have the throw necessary for both an impact and an Indian connect.
