Shares of Nitin Fire Protection Industries rose after it said it plans to form a joint venture.

Shares of Nitin Fire Protection Industries rose after the company on late Wednesday said it plans to form a joint venture with Worthington Industries for its cylinder manufacturing business.

At 9:15 a.m. shares were up 3.98 percent at 81 rupees.
