‘Rented bungalow mentioned in case’

Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar on Wednesday said he had taken the bungalow mentioned in the Adarsh case on rent from Pune builder Avinash Bhosale in 2009 for five years.

Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar on Wednesday said he had taken the bungalow mentioned in the Adarsh case on rent from Pune builder Avinash Bhosale in 2009 for five years.

The lease dead was for rent of Rs 50,000 a month and a deposit of Rs 5 crore. Pawar said Avinash’s father Nivruti and sister-in-law had applied for flats in Adarsh before this deal,so he had no connection with the application.
