Saksoft acquires Synetairos Technologies

Saksoft acquired consulting services firm Synetairos Technologies Ltd for an undisclosed amount.

Information management company Saksoft acquired consulting services firm Synetairos Technologies Ltd for an undisclosed amount.

Synetairos is a subsidiary of Kale Consultants and provides specialised consulting services to clients in technology and financial services across India.

“Indian market is growing in services and the acquisition of Synetairos is part of the broader plan to enlarge our footprints in the Indian geography,” Saksoft CEO Aditya Krishna said in a statement.

Saksoft has recently announced strategic partnerships with FICO for reselling their products in India and also with Sofgen for providing managed testing services,the statement said.

When contacted,a company spokesperson declined to reveal the funds involved in the acquisition deal. “We are not revealing the amount,” he said. However,he said it would help Saksoft for a pan-India foray and also give opportunities for business growth.

Headquartered in Chennai,Saksoft currently provides information management solutions to various companies globally.
