The police have charged Kashmir HC Bar Association president Mian Abdul Qayoom under sedition and waging war against the country. A fresh FIR was filed at Janipur police station in Jammu for raising anti-national slogans when he was produced before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate on January 8.
