Seoul shares gave up earlier gains to end 0.3 per cent lower on Wednesday.

Seoul shares gave up earlier gains to end 0.3 per cent lower on Wednesday on continued wariness over the European debt crisis and foreign selling,which sent some techs such as LG Display lower.

The Korea Composite Stock Price Index finished down 0.26 per cent at 1,647.22 points.
