The Delhi High Courts ruling,decriminalising same gender consensual sex,on Friday figured in the Rajya Sabha with the Samajwadi Party asking the government to challenge the verdict in the Supreme Court saying legalising homosexuality would destroy Indian culture and established tradition and values.
