Riding on the high demand for premium residential space,Sunteck Realty is developing a range of landmark residential projects with apartments ranging from Rs. 1 crore to Rs. 40 crores which offers exemplary designs and superior quality by adapting to highest standards of international living.
Total saleable area of more than 30 million square feet in Mumbais city centric locations and not in peripheral areas of Mumbai,with 27 projects in development pipeline,out of which we have already successfully launched 9 projects – six premium residential and three commercial projects,with balance projects proposed for launches within the current fiscal.
