For all its talk of having ushered in the telephone and IT revolution,this is one technology that Congress seems determined to keep a distance from. The Congress website does not support RSS feeds,an internet tool that can promptly update its readers whenever new content is placed on a website. The hyper-sensitive Congress does not want to do anything with RSS,even if it only stands for Really Simple Syndication in internet terminology.
