Amit and Falon who won the Taqdeer Ki Topi on DID Doubles are on Cloud Nine. The feeling is yet to sink in.

Says Falon,“I am still taking in the fact that I have won. I have not thought anything beyond that.” Her partner Amit,who worked as a background dancer in Bollywood films earlier,beams,“This Taqdeer Ki Topi has made me a dancing star from being a background dancer. Earlier my friends used to call after watching me in the background but now I am receiving calls that address me as a lead dancer.”

Amit has

danced in songs like Nach baliye from Bunty Aur Babli,the title-track of Dhoom 2 and more recently,the title-track of Game. Amit confesses that he has no issues being a background dancer as dancing is his passion. The winning pair hails from Shiamak Davar’s dance school and Amit is thrilled with the message his guru sent after hearing about his win.

“Before taking up the show,I had taken his blessings. And after the show I informed him about my win. He was very happy and congratulated me. I still have his sms on my cellphone.” he says proudly.
