University closed for three days after clash in Hisar

Authorities today ordered closure of the Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology here till May 16 following tension on the campus after a clash between a group of teachers and university staff in the office of the Vice-Chancellor.

A decision to this effect was taken by the university administration at a meeting held here last late night after the clash.

A spokesman of the university said all examination of the regular students have also been postponed and new dates would be announced later.
