BRIDGETOWN, NOV 20: The head selector for the West Indies Cricket Board said he is exasperated by the team’s dismal performance in Australia.

“We are still trying to find out what is the problem with the West Indies team, apart from the lack of discipline,” Mike Findlay, chairman of the selection panel, was quoted as saying in the Barbados Nation newspaper on Sunday.

“I think they can pull things back,” he told the Nation. “They will recognize the difficulties they face and will want to pull themselves together.”
