
Tell us about your daily diet
I have five meals a day. I start my day with a very heavy protein breakfast with cornflakes, a glass of milk or banana shake. I eat something every two hours. So, after breakfast, I have a glass of juice or eat some fruit. I have lunch two hours later – a bowl of dal, sabzi and salad or sprouts. I have a protein shake in the evening before I hit the gym. Dinner is boiled vegetables. I don’t take any carbs at night and I’m not fond of oily food.
What’s your exercise routine?
I train for 45 minutes at the gym whenever I get the time. I start with cardio and then do heavy weight training and end my workout with cardio and stretching.
Is there something you binge on?
I’m really fond of desserts but I only have them in the morning or afternoon.

Food cooked by my mother.
