Willet subsidiary in India

MUMBAI, July 19: UK-based coding and labelling company, Willet International Ltd, which operates in 80 countries has set up a fully-owned subsidiary in India to manufacture and assemble its products for the Asian market. The company which has set up its subsidiary, Willet India Pvt Ltd, plans to develop the New Mumbai plant as a sourcing centre of various products.

Willet International Ltd with an annual turnover of Pound 80 million is a market leader in the global coding and labelling equipment used to print details on the packages like manufacturing dates, price, bar codes etc. Allan Barran, group managing director, Willet said the company plans to invest around 1.5 million pound (UK) to develop and design mechanical labelling and coding devices .
