Youngsters welcome another jiving joint

CHANDIGARH, Oct 1: The city’s night life seems to be on an expanding spree as the youngsters got one more discotheque tonight. And the privileged ones could do the inaugural jitterbug with the latest hot property on Indian pop scene, Annamika.

The new bistro, “Aerizzona” , has been designed by A P Singh and the concept design of “Light at the end of a dark tunnel” is by Elwin Golmes. Located in Sector 9-D theowners claim that the club is equipped with the state-of-the -art lights, dance and floor system. Though initially the response was lacklustre, people began to throng when it was past 10.

Deejayed by Akshay and compered by Mandeep Bewli, who anchors the “Wild Encounters’ on Star Plus, the evening was full of fun and frolic for the enthusiastic. Annamika, accompanied by her music director Edwin, made a few jigs and twists to the tune of her own songs as well as her favourites like Aqua’s “Barby Doll”.
