There are altogether 54 corporations and commissions where Sena and BJP will have to settle the power share.
Both Fadnavis and Danve have strictly asked the ministers not to make any appointments on corporations (mahamandals) without their consent as they want more deliberations with Sena leaders. Earlier, revenue minister Eknath Khadse had suo moto appointed his loyalist to head minorities commission. However, the decision invited flak from the court and also upset Sena which felt they were not being involved in any decisions related to commissions and corporations.
The necessity to expedite the process of coordination comes in the wake of the growing unrest within the Shiv Sena which feels sidelined in decision making by the government.
