Set to launch a country-wide campaign against the Centre for its "failures" from April six,BJP has formed a special committee to prepare chargesheets to step up its attack on BJD government in Orissa over corruption and other burning issues. The "chargesheet" committee,to have senior BJP leader Bijay Mohapatra as its Chairman, would collect and compile charges against the Naveen Patnaik government, according to state party president Jual Oram. Alleging rampant corruption during the BJD rule as reflected in a series of irregularities including mining and coal scams and dal scandal,he said that framing of chargesheets would help in mounting a systematic and vigorous onslaught against the "inefficient" government. Announcement of the committee assumed significance as it coincided with the visit here of senior BJP leader and former party president M Venkaiah Naidu, who addressed a special meeting of the party yesterday.
