‘Jagan may launch new party soon’

"Jagan Mohan Reddy may launch a new political party in a month or two," sources said.

Former Congress MP Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy may launch a new political party in a month or two and he has no plans to destabilise the Congress government in Andhra Pradesh,sources close to him claimed.

The sources said Jagan’s target is the next assembly elections,scheduled to be held in 2014,and that he would make all efforts and arrangements for achieving the goal.

Jagan does not have any plans to destabilise the Congress government in the state as he feels that it was formed by his late father Y S Rajasekhara Reddy,they said.

Jagan would continue his ‘odarpu yatra’ in other districts of the state,they said.

He has so far covered six districts as part of his yatra.
