Shotgun for construction of ‘temple of humanity’

BJP may have pledged to re-build Ayodhya temple but its candidate Shatrughan Sinha's priority will be to construct a 'Manav Mandir'.

BJP may have pledged to re-build Ayodhya temple but for actor-turned-politician and a BJP nominee Shatrughan Sinha’s the priority will be to construct a ‘Manav Mandir’ (Temple of humanity).

“Those who are interested in building temple/mosque are free to do so but my efforts will be directed towards construction of Manav Mandir”,Sinha said before setting out for campaign.

“By Manav Mandir,I meant to work for the betterment of education,health,building homes for old age people and building schools for the blind,” Sinha said.

“These are my priorities and I will work for achieving them with my total potential as an MP,” Sinha said.

Talking of his efforts in this direction,Sinha,twice Rajya Sabha member from Bihar before throwing his hat into electoral ring from Patna Saheb this time,said he contributed handsomely out of his MP development fund in building up of a haemophilia hospital related to treatment of genetic disorder,the only one of its kind in the country.

Besides,a major portion of the fund was utilised in strengthening Mahavir Cancer Hospital and blood bank of the Red Cross Society in Patna,he added.

Sinha is pitted against popular TV Star and Congress candidate Shekhar Suman going to poll on May 7.
