Dizzy Hero, a new action game for the Nintendo Switch that requires players to act drunk to activate their superpowers, is making rounds on the internet. In the game, you control a character that becomes stronger the more you sway around in real life. To detect the player's movements in real life, Dizzy Hero makes use of the Joy-Con's built-in infrared motion camera. According to SoraNews24, who downloaded the game from the Nintendo eShop, players have to put down the right Joy-Con with the camera pointing towards them and holding the other one in their hand. The publication noted that the gameplay is pretty straightforward and requires players to "navigate from one door to another on the floor of a building and pick up a folder of dossiers in the process." However, each floor is spiked with traps and hazards. To overcome these obstacles, players will have to act drunk and sway constantly to push obstacles like boxes and chairs. But with great powers, comes a new set of challenges - chairs. If your hero gets too close to the open end of a chair, he will sit and fall asleep straight away, so you will have to always be on your toes and switch between acting sober and drunk in some rooms. The publication also noted that Dizzy Hero is hard when it comes to acting drunk, as players can't "just sheepingly wiggle around a little bit and expect to hold onto their superpower." This means players will have to sway around dramatically, which adds to the challenge as you will have a hard time keeping your eyes on the screen. Dizzy Hero, or Yapparising as it's called in Japanese is developed by Takuhiro Miyaqzara, the same developer who brought us Kami Ga Nai (No paper) and Kaodake Blues (Box only Blues), both of which use the Nintendo Switch Joy-Con's in their own unique ways. The game is available on the Nintendo Switch store for £4.50, which roughly translates to Rs 500.
