Marshall, UK-based amplifier maker, has launched its new Monitor III A.N.C wireless headphones, in collaboration with Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong, and has been designed from the ground up to cater to true music lovers. The company claims that the spatial audio headphones come with 70 hours of active-noise cancelling playtime, and 100 hours without it. The headphones offer a fully immersive experience to listeners, particularly thunderous bass, screaming highs. Its enhanced noise-cancelling technology can effortlessly block out background noise in every situation. The device features Marshall’s new Soundstage spatial audio technology that makes private listening sessions feel as if sitting closer to your favourite musician. The Monitor III A.N.C is priced at Rs 29,999 and is available at select retailers. Another feature, Adaptive Loudness, adjusts the audio output based on the listener’s environment. The device comes with a host of personalisation options, a customisable M-button for navigating between EQ settings, Spotify, and voice assistants with ease. The microphones on the device dramatically reduce wind noise allowing the listener to enjoy ANC and crystal-clear calls on the go. Besides, audio sharing is made possible with its Bluetooth LE Audio-readiness which is backed by Auracast. The device sports an iconic design and a premium foldable form factor. The Marshall III ANC is part of the company’s latest headband campaign, which is being introduced to the world by Green Day vocalist Armstrong. Billie’s association with the brand includes JCM900 and Plexi 1959SLP amps. A modified version of the Plexi 1959SLP, now known as the Dookie Mod, helped define the sound of the band’s seminal album, Dookie, which turns 30 this year. As part of the launch, Billie also featured in a short film featuring the Monitor III ANC, where fans can discover some memorable Easter eggs linked to his music career and the Marshall brand. Billie is among the most popular faces of punk rock. He recorded his first song at the age of five and went on to release 14 studio albums leading to Green Day clinching four Grammy Awards during its five-decade career. The Green Day band is currently on a sold-out global stadium tour - The Saviors Tour.
