Elephone enters India with G7 smartphone at Rs 8,888

Elephone G7 runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system.

Another Chinese smartphone brand called Elephone has entered India. Following the same online sales model, the brand has partnered exclusively with Snapdeal to sell its G7 smartphone at a price of Rs 8,888.

The dual SIM Elephone G7 runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system and sports a 5.5-inch720p HD IPS display with OGS. Running on a 1.4GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6592M processor with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal memory which can be expanded to up to 64GB.

The G7 mounts a 13MP rear camera with dual LED flash along with an 8MP front camera. Powered by a 2,050 mAh battery, it is a 3G smartphone with regular connectivity features.
