Despite being an affordable offering from Apple, it is clearly one of the most premium-looking tablets under the Rs 30,000 price mark, thanks to its premium metal unibody design and a beautiful 10.2-inch display with QHD+ resolution.
Available for Rs 29,999 on various online and offline platforms, the 9th Gen iPad (review) can cater to those who need a tablet for content consumption, gaming, web browsing, and thanks to its high-performance A13 Bionic processor, it can also handle multitasking without any issue. The only caveat about this device is storage, as the base model only offers 64 GB

The Xiaomi Pad 6 is easily one of the most value-for-money Android tablets under the Rs 30,000 price segment. Currently available for Rs 26,999, this is the first tablet from the company that offers Xiaomi’s latest HyperOS based on Android 14 with an almost iPadOS-like UI. The Pad 6 is based on the Snapdragon 870 SoC, which can handle gaming, multitasking, and regular usage without any issues. In fact, the device looks a lot similar to the iPad Pro, especially with its square-shaped body and a large rectangular camera island at the back. Other reasons to buy this tablet include a quad-speaker setup with Dolby Atmos support, a 2K 120Hz display with Dolby Vision support, and Xiaomi also sells a keyboard folio combo, which transforms this device into a compact laptop.

The Realme Pad X (review) caters to those who need a mid-tier tablet with excellent connectivity. In fact, this is currently the most affordable tablet in the country with 5G connectivity. When it comes to performance, the Realme Pad X is powered by the Snapdragon 695 SoC with at least 6 GB RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. The tablet has an 11-inch screen with a WUXGA+ resolution and a quad-speaker setup for an excellent multimedia consumption experience. It also runs on Realme UI 3 based on Android 12, which makes it a bit dated when compared to the other tablets that we have featured. However, unlike Realme smartphones, the tablet does not include any third-party apps or bloatware and delivers a smooth user experience with many tablet-centric customizations like enhanced multi-window capability.

In terms of specifications, the tablet is powered by the Mediatek G99, and the LTE variant of the Pad Go costs Rs 21,999, making it the most affordable tablet in this list. Despite its lower price tag, it is clearly one of the sleekest-looking tablets in the market and looks just like its more expensive sibling, the OnePlus Pad. On top of that, it also runs on OxygenOS for Pad based on Android 13, and the company has confirmed that the OnePlus Pad Go will be updated to Android 14 based OxygenOS 14 in the coming days.

Backed by a 8,000 mAh battery, the tablet can also deliver a stellar battery life, and it supports 20W fast charging via the USB-C port. Additionally, the tablet also offers a stylus support for tasks like note-taking, and it runs on stock Android 13 OS.
