Apple Music has finally arrived on Android after a beta version was released on the Play Store. Apple Music thus becomes the second Android app from the Cupertino based company.

Apple has announced its own music streaming service at its annual developer conference and said the app will be launched on Android too. Apple Music Beta for Android gets most of the features available on its iOS counterpart.

Apple Music Beta for Android supports Beats 1 Radio, Connect and custom music suggestions. Apple Music Beta on Android doesn’t support streaming music videos and also lacks support for family sharing.

The app itself seems to be a ported version of iOS app, but Apple’s Eddy Cue has told TechCrunch that Apple has tried to make it “look and feel like an Android app.” The app requires an Apple ID for sign-up and it seamlessly syncs for existing subscribers.

While Apple Music has arrived on Android, it doesn’t do much justice to Google’s own Material Design. Apple is also offering a three-month free trial period for all new users on Android.
