iBall has launched what is argualy the most affordable smartphone with a rotating camera. The iBall Andi Avonte5 has a 8MP camera that can rotate 180 degrees and comes with Auto Focus and dual-LED flash. The Android KitKat 4.4 phone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor with 1GB RAM, a 5-inch IPS FWVGA touchscreen display and 8GB internal memory. The phone is powered by a 2150mAh battery. The 3G dual-SIM phone will support 21 regional languages and will have system languages in nine.
