Microsoft Office 2016 arrives for Mac users

Office 2016 for Mac follows Mac’s design guidelines and looks very much the touch optimised versions available for iOS and Android platform. EXCEL 2016

Excel 2016 for Mac lets you manage large volumes of data by automatically suggesting charts best suited for your data with chart reviews. Excel 2016 includes autocomplete and familiar keyboard shortcuts with improved formula builder that saves time while creating spreadsheet or entering data. Also on tap is PivotTable Slicers to help filter large volumes of data and discover patterns for deeper analysis.

PowerPoint 2016

PowerPoint 2016 comes with an improved Presenter View that shows the current slide, next slide, speaker notes and a timer on your Mac screen – similar to PowerPoint for iOS. The audience will only see the current slide on the big screen. The new animation pane lets you design and fine-tune animations and slide transitions.

Outlook 2016

Outlook for Mac has been updated several times before and it is undoubtedly one of the best application for viewing your mails, calendar, contacts and tasks. The new Outlook for Mac gets push mail support, new conversation view and message preview features. The improved
conversation view automatically organizes your inbox around threaded conversations and the new message preview shows you the first sentence of an email just below the subject line.

OneNote 2016

OneNote is now included in Office 2016 for Mac. OneNote is basically a digital note taking application now available across multiple platforms. OneNote lets you capture ideas in digital notebooks and access them from any device. OneNote search engine lets you search for tags, typed notes, images, text in images and handwritten notes. You can also share notebooks with friends, family or colleagues so everyone can work together on travel plans, household tasks or work projects.
