Xiaomi Smarter Living Event 2021 Highlights: Mi Band 5 launched at Rs 2,499

Mi smart speaker is powered by Google Assistant. It has a ring on the top that glows when you are speaking to it. the speaker comes with a matte finish. It has four buttons on the touch panel on the top. Mi claims that it sounds better than others. It has a powerful 12W front-firing speaker with 63.5mm driver. The two far-field mics are placed on the top. It supports dts sound for high-quality sound.It has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. Users can also pair two smart speakers together connecting it to a TV. Different speakers in a different room can be controlled using a multi-room setup. It has Chromecast Built-in. The security camera feed can also be summoned on TV. In short, it can control multiple smart devices. It supports the Hindi language as well. It is priced at Rs 3,999 and an early bird price of Rs 3,499.

Mi also launches Mi soap dispenser which dispenses the soap without touching. It is priced at Rs 999. Mi Athleisure shoe is priced at Rs 1,499. 

Mi Smart Band 5 has a 1.1-inch AMOLED display with 450 nits brightness. It comes with unlimited watch faces and they are customisable as well. There are five strap colours available.Mi has ve also introduced magnetic charging enabling the smart band to charge without removing the strap, like earlier. Its battery will go up to 2-3 weeks. It also comes with 11 sports modes. It also comes with auto-detection for physical activities. PAI has been introduced to Mi SmartBand 5 as well.The MiFit App also allows user to add a friend and track fitness activity. Users will also be able to use the smart band as your smartphone's remote camera shutter. Mi Smart Band 5 is priced at Rs 2,499.

Mi Watch Revolve comes in two colours: Midnight Black and Chrome Silver. The straps are available in different colours. It has a 1.39-inch AMOLED display and a brightness level of 450 nits. The brightness level is equivalent of Redmi Note 7 Pro. It has an Always-On display and 112 watch faces. It has a scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass display.Mi Watch Revolve comes with Firstbeat Motion Algorithm which is used for sports and mental wellness. It comes with sleep quality tracking, heart rate variability, energy level and stress monitoring. It has VO2 max measuring overall fitness levels. There are 10 sports modes and its waterproof. It has built-in GPS as well. Users will be able to access the watch data via Xiaomi wear app. On Apple App store it is available as Xiaomi wear lite. Xiaomi claims that Mi Watch revolve will last for up to two weeks on light usage and over a week with everything turned on including the Always-On display. Mi Watch Revolve's price starts at Rs 10,999 and an inaugural price of Rs 9,999 for early birds (till Diwali). It will be available on Mi stores, Mi.com and Amazon.

Xiaomi is hosting its Smarter Living 2021 event in India today via a livestream at 12 PM today. During the event, the company is expected to launch a number of devices including the Mi Band 5, the Mi Watch Revolve and a smart speaker.
