While the budget smartphone range has popular names like Xiaomi Redmi 2, Moto E, Lenovo A6000 Plus and others, Phicomm’s Energy 653 has got everything right for its price.

Phicomm has offered some software tweaks to better the overall experience, however, the good thing is that the Expect 5.0 UI keeps it simple and is similar to stock Android Lollipop.

The battery does a decent job and can easily last for a day.

What is not that good?

There is nothing as such that consumers can complain about the Energy 653, however, they might be unsure about after sales support from Phicomm.
