German scientists have unveiled a female robot which they claim is best suited for factory work despite her model-like looks. The amazing hi-tech Artificial Intelligence Lightweight Android (AILA) robot, called fembot, can not only navigate, think for herself and lift heavy objects - but she also has got great hair, say its developers. The sleek AILA robot was revealed at CeBIT technology fair in Germany,'The Sun' reported. AILA uses laser range finders - which bounce lasers off surfaces - to help her navigate, and has cameras installed in her head so she can see what's going on around her,say the scientists. She rolls around on wheels scanning radio waves which tell her if objects she has to carry are fragile or heavy and where they should be delivered.
