MyJio app offers a comprehensive call history Jio SIM card users can access their full call history via the MyJio app. Available for both Android and iOS devices, the MyJio app allows users to access call history, SMS records, and data usage history. Steps to Access Your Call History on the MyJio App Open the MyJio app. Log in using your phone number if you haven't already. Click on your profile in the top right corner. Click on Mobile > My Usage. Select Calls to view your complete call history. The MyJio app also allows users to download a detailed call statement. You can download a statement for 7 days, 15 days, 30 days, or a custom date range of up to 180 days. While you won't be able to view these statements directly on the MyJio app, they will be sent via email to your registered or specified email address.
