MyJio app is undoubtedly the quickest way to recharge your Jiomobile number, but did you know that it can also help you pay bills? If you are looking to clear your electricity dues without having to visit the payment centers, here’s a quick guide that will help you do so in a few minutes. How do I pay my electricity bill from the MyJio app? 🎯Download and install the MyJio app from the Apple App Store or Play Store. 🎯Launch it on your phone, and log in using your mobile number. 🎯Once done, scroll down a bit to find the “Finance” section at the bottom and tap on “Bills”. 🎯Now, tap on “Electricity” and the app will show you a list of supported operators. 🎯Choose the one who provides you electricity in your area. 🎯If you don’t know, check the name of the operator by taking a look at your bill. 🎯Enter your customer number, (also printed on the bill) and click on the “Proceed” button if it appears. 🎯Now, enter the amount you want to pay and the app will ask if you want to complete the payment using card or UPI. 🎯Select your payment method, add the necessary details to complete the payment. In case you are wondering, online bill payments were previously available on the JioMoney app, but Reliance Jio has discontinued and removed the app from Apple and Google app stores. Similar features are also available on other payment platforms, but if you are a Jio user, the MyJio app is pretty straight forward.
